Miura PI-402
PI-402 is Miura's newest Players Distance iron, designed for players of all skill levels. Purposeful weighting, refined feel and the Kissaki Sole work together to deliver higher launch, stability and controlled turf interaction in a classic Miura profile.
The defining Feature is the Kissaki Sole, an evolved camber sole created to balance effective bounce with smooth swing-though.
WIth a maximum sole width of 22mm, it adapts to a wide range of swing paths and attack angles while providing forgiveness on mishits.
"Kissaki" refers to the tip of a Japanese saword, and this sole geometry is designed as a precison feature that shapes hwo the club enters and exits the turf.
A resilient 3mm SAE8655 nickel chromium molybdenum face is engineered for speed with a connected feel, supported by 35g of tungsten positioned low behind the impact area.
Compared to PI-401, the PI-402 features increased heel height for a more classic Miura look at address. A TPU vibration control palte helps refine vibration for a more controlled, solid response at impact.
